I had Winnie & Ethel’s last night. While the food was excellent, the service was the worst in Vegas that I’ve had in years. I had a Gen Z server that kept on disappearing, and then would quickly apologize for the delay when she would re-appear. Everything was slow, even though the restaurant was maybe at 50% capacity. She didn’t even run her own food or tab me out. We don’t normally get service this bad in Vegas. Winnie & Ethel’s needs to up their game, especially with the prices they are charging.
